Liability for content

As a service provider we are liable under § 7 Para.1 of the German Telemedia Act TMG (Telemediengesetz) for our own content that is published on these pages, in accordance with the general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a service provider, we have no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party data or to investigate any circumstances that indicate the existence of unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of data under the general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the moment that a specific infringement becomes apparent. As soon as we become aware of the corresponding infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
